We are recruiting for an Export Documents Administrator to work for a well established and reputable membership organisation based in Wolverhampton.  Reporting to the Head of Export you will advise upon, process and verify a variety of export documentation.  The role also requires the smooth running of the export department.

This role would suit someone who wants to work for a successful and well established organisation, knowledge of export processes and procedures would be an advantage.

The duties of the Export Documents Administrator will include:

  • To receive enquiries from export clients and establish their needs.
  • Process all enquiries and record on Management Information systems.
  • As a registered document signer provide export documentation service as required.
  • Process and certify a variety of documents as required.
  • Advise clients on documentation regulations ensuring that everything is kept up to date
  • To have a clear understanding of all customer needs both internally and externally.
  • Keep up-to-date and have a good knowledge of the organisation and Industry services.
  • Keep up-to-date with developments in business information and legislation affecting export

The ideal Export Documents Administrator will have the following key skills: 

  • Experience in an international trade environment and knowledge of export processes and procedures would be an advantage but not essential
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to fully complete tasks and reach a successful conclusion
  • Time management and prioritising 
  • Be customer focused
  • Efficient and organised
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to build good working relationships
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and Information Management Systems

The company offer a competitive salary paying up to £22,000 depending on experience plus an attractive benefits package including free car parking.
