We provide traditional permanent, temporary and contractor services. We find the best available talent and send you a shortlist to interview - saving time and money.
This suits businesses where HR and hiring managers have high-value roles and recruitment will detract from the ‘day job’. It is also a valuable approach for those that do not have the resource or expertise in-house and for businesses that need to flex their workforce up and down quickly in response to seasonal or economic demands.
3. “I am committed to hiring the very best talent and building a world class team.”
For those that want to search and select the very best person for the role, we offer a premium retained service. This has long been the preserve of executive and niche roles, however, there are many employers that extend this philosophy throughout their business. This is why we now offer the premium retained service for any role. The only difference is the rate:
15% of starting salary (paid in three equal parts at instruction, on receipt of shortlist, and upon placement) for roles up to £49,999 and 20% of starting salary for roles paying over £50,000.
