My client is a well-established company providing main contractor, building, and re-fit and refurbishment services in the commercial property sector.  They are a robust outfit that deals with many corporate clients yet remains family owned.  This position has become vacant as a long-serving team member is retiring.  This is a long-term, permanent career opportunity.

The role of Office Manager will involve: 

  • All administration and keeping client data records up-to-date
  • General accounts and finance (payroll experience an advantage)
  • Client liaison
  • Dealing with contractors
  • General diary management and assisting MD in daily running of operations.

There is an attractive starting salary of £30k (negotiable dependent on experience) and a company car.
