The role is based in a new, purpose-built facility that houses a modern manufacturing facility and offices.  Based off the Wobaston Road in Wolverhampton, WV10 6HA. There is plenty of free parking and transport links are good.

There is a competitive starting salary of £35K - £45K dependent on experience.

The hours are 8.30 am – 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required during busy periods.

The role:

Working in a fast moving manufacturing business which has recently moved to a modern new facility.  Some of the staff remain at the old location and part of the role will include completing the transfer of people to the new site.

We are looking for somebody who has/can:

  • Confidence and experience in managing, leading and directing – need to be strong, business focused and organised
  • Ability to monitor and maintain procedures – oversee time keeping/hours of work/quality of work/efficiency
  • Lead a very young and dynamic team - looking for the right person who will be able to get the best out of the them through mentoring and support
  • Able to support the admin, sales and office function to maximise efficiency
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance

This is very much a hands on role. The ideal candidate will have fulfilled a similar position and be able to demonstrate their ability to develop a strong team.

This will suit an experienced Office Manager, Operations Manager, Facilities Manager, General Manager.
