Are you an experienced and enthusiastic sales professional who sees that the future is digital?  You may have experience within the digital marketing and media sector or might be looking for a move into an industry you feel has the potential to future-proof your earning!  

Our client is a well-established full design and marketing agency who are looking to supplement their small team with a full-time sales Executive to cover the Midlands area.  With significant amounts of business coming from recommendation, referral and existing clients, they are now looking for a proactive sales person who wants to be instrumental in the continued growth and success of the company.

A basic starting salary of £18K - £20K is supplemented with a generous commission structure that allows for OTE of £40K+. 

A company car / car allowance will be provided on successful completion of probationary period.

There will be an initial period of working in-house, to learn about products and services, before getting into the field.

The role will involve:

  • Prospecting & targeting new business opportunities
  • Converting enquiries to sales
  • Outbound calls, networking, and field sales to create pipeline
  • Attend client meetings
  • Selling web and graphic design, PPC, social media marketing, and SEO services.

You MUST have:

  • A minimum of 12 months B2B sales experience
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Goal oriented attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • An eye/ear/feel for a sales opportunity
  • Interest in digital marketing.

This role would suit somebody with experience in:  Digital Sales, Sales Executive, Media Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales.
