We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Health & Safety to lead the charge at one of the UK’s most iconic venues. If you’ve got the experience, passion, and a love for all things events, music, and live entertainment, this could be your encore!
💼 What’s the gig?
- Salary: £80K–£85K per annum

You’ll lead the NEC Group’s Health & Safety function, ensuring our legendary venues are safe, compliant, and always event-ready. With a team of six to guide and the responsibility to shape strategies across our diverse operations, you’ll be making an impact that matters.
🎯 Who are we looking for?
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
- CMIOSH status (or working towards it)
- A track record in fast-paced, high-scale industries
- Confidence to engage at all levels, from the boardroom to backstage
